Hello, my name is Angelica Leon (Mona) lead artist and owner of Mona Designs. At the age of 10, I developed my love for art. I have over 15 years of face painting experience and loving each and every moment of it.

Along with being an artist, I am also a Child Development major. Since 2006, I have served families of the Central Valley with family education, parenting workshops and much more. All possible due to my incredible previous and current employers. With that being said, I love face painting and implement my education when face painting children.
